Access, Equity & Discrimination Policy
NECA Training is committed to providing quality training and assessment in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (SRTOs 2015). The purpose of this Policy is to provide a frame of reference for providing and maintaining training services that reflect fair and reasonable opportunity for all clients, regardless of their diversity; allowing everyone to freely participate in a learning environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying and vilification.

In accordance with Standard 6, NECA Training is required to have a policy and processes in place to ensure complaints and appeals are recorded, acknowledged, and dealt with fairly, efficiently, and effectively. This Grievances, Complaints and Appeals Policy assists NECA Training in providing and maintaining training and assessment services that are fair and reasonable by providing staff, contractors, and students with clear guidelines on how grievances, complaints, and appeals are to be registered, acknowledged, and addressed in a fair, efficient, and effective manner.
